Lithuanian šakotis is Lithuanian traditional spit cake. It is a cake made of butter, egg whites and yolks, flour, sugar and sour cream, cooked on a rotating spit in an oven or over an open fire.

Only the highest quality, carefully selected, natural ingredients are used to make šakots. Consist: butter 82% (fat content), egg, wheat flour, sour cream 30% (fat content), sugar, natural lemon). No fat substitutes, flavor enhancers or stabilizers are used.
