The pride of Laimute Sadauskiene is šakotis1, which is baked according to ancient techniques. In 2018, at the "AgroBalt" exhibition, Laimute's šakotis was awarded a gold medal and was awarded the title of food product of the century of Lithuania.

In 1996, Laimute Sadauskiene founded a company in Rokiskis district, in the town of Juodupe, which produces delicacies commemorating 100-year production traditions. Biscuits, buns, mushrooms, anthills, šakotis and other delicacies baked according to ancient techniques were loved by people for their taste and quality. Šakotis, mushrooms, gingerbread, poppy seed roll, baked dough rolls are included in the list of national culinary heritage products.
