The company started its activity by baking rustic rye bread and cakes. All bread is baked according to ancient recipes in a wood-fired oven. To this day, we bake bread the way our ancestors used to bake it - with natural leaven, leavening in wooden bread tubs. Each loaf of bread is shaped by hand and fired with a wooden peel into a wood-fired oven. Therefore, the taste and smell of our rustic bread is particularly delicious.
